The House of Horror is a blog devoted to investigating the power of horror and how it operates in accordance with the human mind. This blog is an investigation of the elements of horror that are often left ambiguous: the impact horror has on our experience, and the way our experiences have an impact on horror, the ways in which fear works both as an agent of protection and an agent of destruction, and how modern forms of horror can perhaps prove to be even more startling than the origins of horror (such as decrepit locations, inconsistent minds and inescapable consequences) which have been around for centuries.
